H.E.R. Ladies' Ministry Connection
Natalie Paladin is the wife of Pastor Rick Paladin and the mom of five children. She has a vision for women to grow into all they are called to be in every aspect of their lives. She leads Word & Worship's H.E.R. Ladies Ministry, oversees the women's Victory & Freedom Weekends, the ladies Personal Ministry Times, and enjoys arranging special events for the church. Natalie shares her heart and experiences with a blend of sincerity, transparency and humor.
Word & Worship's vision for women is that they will be filled with a contagious Hope, Empowered with the tools to reach their full potential, and Released to connect other women to God.
In addition to weekly Connection Groups, we hold special events at various times throughout the year.
