Behold, I establish my covenant with you and your offspring after you, 10 and with every living creature that is with you, the birds, the livestock, and every beast of the earth with you, as many as came out of the ark; it is for every beast of the earth.

The God who created the universe cares about his children. He knows our name and  is a generational God. He cares about the people and situations in our lives that we are concerned about. That includes the big things as well as those little nagging everyday things. Never underestimate the power of God to move on your behalf, to affect your family, friends and circle of influence. We walk by faith and not by sight.

What are the situations that cause me to falter or to doubt God’s love and care for me? Ask  the Holy Spirit to reveal people or circumstances that either cause pride or a desire to control instead of seeking Him; repent and ask how God wants you to respond. Recall and write down the times that the Lord has been faithful and count them as your “stones of remembrance”. Offer a prayer of gratitude and thankfulness.

Father, thank you for every circumstance that has drawn me closer to you. I trust you and know that your Word is Truth. I can walk in confidence because I know that you are watching over me and my family and I believe that you gave a good plan for my life.
