Read 2 Corinthians 10

“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 NIV

When in battle, I want to be on the side with the best weaponry. As children of God we have access to the biggest, baddest, most powerful armory! The Amplified Bible says that "our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.” A fortress is defined as a heavily protected and impenetrable building.

Our battle may look impossible in the natural. Our obstacles may seem impenetrable through our physical eyes. But in the spiritual we have all we need through Christ to crush our enemy.

Lord, help us to perceive the spiritual battle as opposed to the fleshly fight. Thank You for equipping us to pull down strongholds, cast down false arguments, and bring every thought captive. Amen.
