Read Romans 5

Therefore, since we are justified (acquitted, declared righteous, and given a right standing with God) through faith, let us ( grasp the fact that we) have [the peace of reconciliation to hold and to enjoy] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). Romans 5:1 AMP

This scripture talks about faith, peace, and joy. Without those three things it can be hard to live a joyful life every day. It also states that through Christ we have the right to enjoy life every day. Granted, we are faced with some type of struggle every day and it depends on how we deal with it. With faith through Christ all things are possible. Scripture also says that we are declared righteous and in right standing with God. With that we gain discernment throughout our walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. So out of the areas of suffering, perseverance, character, and hope, where is God working in your life right now?

In the past couple of weeks my faith was tested and I had to make decisions right away, without even a day think about it. I like to have time to think about it when it comes to the type of situation I was in. But because of the gifts and the rights that God has given me, I was able to use discernment to make an important decision. This means I had to pray, wait a couple seconds and make a decision. Let me tell it was a good decision and I was so glad that God moved and noticed how much I had grown in my walk with Christ. And the situation turned out GREAT!!!!

Lord, there are areas in my life that I still struggle with. Lord, why do I struggle with having joy and peace in some areas of my life? Lord, please forgive me for not being  joyful even when things are going wrong. Lord, I pray that I continue to have days where just a little faith goes a long way. Help me to continue to know that through You I can have PEACE, FAITH AND, JOY no matter what the situation may be.
